R.E.C.L.A.I.M. Your Life Global Summit — Speaker Agreement & Media Release

This Speaker Agreement & Media Release (“Agreement”) is entered into between Moore Than Coaching, LLC (“MTC”) and the undersigned speaker (“Speaker”) in connection with Speaker’s participation in the R.E.C.L.A.I.M. Your Life Global Summit (“Summit”).

1. Speaker Participation

Speaker agrees to participate in the Summit as an invited/approved speaker and understands that the Summit is a virtual event.

Speaker agrees to appear at the scheduled date and time communicated by MTC and to provide the agreed-upon presentation, conversation, panel participation, or other speaking contribution.

2. Speaker Investment

If applicable to the Speaker’s participation level, Speaker acknowledges the required $197 Speaker Investment and understands that the payment secures their speaker placement.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by MTC, the Speaker Investment is non-refundable once the speaker placement has been secured.

3. Recording & Media Release

Speaker understands and agrees that their participation in the Summit may be photographed, audio recorded, video recorded, livestreamed, edited, reproduced, and/or distributed.

Speaker grants Moore Than Coaching, LLC permission to use their:

• Name
• Image and likeness
• Photograph/headshot
• Voice
• Biography
• Professional title and business information
• Summit presentation, interview, panel participation, and/or other contribution

in connection with the Summit and its promotion, marketing, educational content, social media, website, email marketing, promotional materials, and future promotional content related to R.E.C.L.A.I.M. Your Life.

4. Speaker’s Intellectual Property

Speaker retains ownership of their original intellectual property, including their personal stories, original ideas, presentation materials, frameworks, written materials, trademarks, and other content they independently own.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Speaker’s intellectual property to Moore Than Coaching, LLC.

Speaker grants MTC a non-exclusive license to use the Speaker’s Summit contribution as reasonably necessary to record, promote, distribute, and preserve the Summit and related promotional materials.

5. Speaker Recording Access

Following the Summit, MTC may provide the Speaker with access to a recording of their individual Summit appearance.

Speaker understands that this access is limited to their own session, presentation, interview, or panel appearance.

Speaker will not receive access to recordings of the entire Summit or recordings of other speakers unless separately authorized by MTC.

Speaker may use their individual recording for personal professional promotion, including their website, social media, speaker reel, media kit, and other professional purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

6. Editing & Promotional Use

Speaker authorizes MTC to make reasonable edits to their recording, including trimming, formatting, captioning, adding Summit branding, creating promotional clips, and shortening portions for marketing purposes.

MTC will not intentionally edit the Speaker’s contribution in a manner that materially misrepresents the Speaker’s statements or views.

7. Speaker Materials

Speaker agrees to provide requested materials by the deadlines communicated by MTC, which may include:

• Professional biography
• High-resolution headshot
• Social media handles
• Website/business information
• Presentation title and description
• Other promotional or onboarding materials requested by MTC

Failure to provide required materials by the stated deadline may affect the Speaker’s promotional placement or participation.

8. Speaker Content & Third-Party Rights

Speaker represents that the content they provide for the Summit is their own original work or that they have obtained appropriate permission to use any third-party material.

Speaker agrees not to knowingly provide content that infringes upon another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.

9. Professional Conduct

Speaker agrees to participate in the Summit in a professional and respectful manner and to follow reasonable event guidelines provided by MTC.

MTC reserves the right to remove a Speaker from the Summit or decline to publish their recording if the Speaker engages in conduct that materially conflicts with the purpose, standards, or integrity of the Summit.

10. No Guarantee of Exposure or Business Results

Speaker understands that participation in the Summit provides a platform for visibility, connection, and exposure but does not guarantee a specific number of attendees, leads, clients, media opportunities, followers, sales, or other business results.

11. Event Changes

MTC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Summit schedule, format, speakers, programming, or event structure as circumstances require.

If the Summit is postponed, rescheduled, or converted to another virtual format, MTC will make reasonable efforts to communicate those changes to participating Speakers.

12. Agreement & Authorization

By signing below, Speaker confirms that they:

• Have read and understand this Agreement;
• Agree to the terms outlined above;
• Authorize the recording and use of their Summit participation as described;
• Understand that their individual recording may be provided to them following the event;
• Understand that access to other Summit recordings is not included unless separately authorized; and
• Understand that they retain ownership of their original intellectual property.
